Liberating Structures: Including and Unleashing Everyone

This session will introduce a series of collaborative facilitation techniques, known as Liberating Structures, that are designed to creatively engage all participants in an elicitation of facilitation session. The techniques can be flexibly applied for a wide variety of topic areas such as generating ideas, identifying issues, and finding solutions. After a brief learning block to introduce the Liberating Structures, the participants will make use of several structures in a series of exercises to address real-life challenges with Business Analysis in Agile Environments.
