Jeff Bitner is an experienced architect, methodologist, and business analyst. He has led organizational transformation for several enterprises moving from traditional waterfall methodologies and requirements to iterative and agile processes and requirements. Caroline is a C2C IT Project Manager and Business Analyst. Her experience spans a wide variety of applications and platforms. She holds two Bachelor’s degrees: a Business and Economics degree from Lehigh University and a Computer Science degree from West Chester University. She is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP).
