President: Brad Wastler
Mr. Wastler is a Senior Consultant for Momentum, Inc., a professional services company focusing on IT and business consulting, enabling technologies and project management disciplines. Brad is an information technology consulting veteran with broad experience in roles which include project manager, account manager, senior business analyst, lead technical analyst, systems analyst, technical writer, team leader, quality assurance analyst, and analyst/programmer on a variety of platforms. His primary focus is systems integration possessing a strong background eliciting and developing system requirements. He excels at accomplishing goals by working with management and user communities to build consensus in a team environment.
Vice President for Marketing & Communication: Caroline G. Smith
Ms. Smith is a IT Project Manager for Armstrong World Industries. She currently manages web-based projects for the company’s commercial and residential ceiling, wall, and flooring businesses. Previously Ms. Smith held roles in business analysis and project management for CRM system customizations. She holds two Bachelor’s degrees: a Business and Economics degree from Lehigh University and a Computer Science degree from West Chester University. She is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP).
Treasurer: Paul M. Palumbo
Mr. Palumbo is an experienced Business and Information Technology (IT) professional with a solid foundation of process and project experience and education. He currently works as a Consultant at Momentum, Inc., a professional services company focusing on management consulting, process improvement, project management, and implementation support. Since joining Momentum in 2010, he has had the opportunity to lead and contribute towards the planning and execution of multiple business process improvement and solution assessment and development projects for a high-profile client. Before joining Momentum, Mr. Palumbo resided in Philadelphia where he held the position of Supply Chain Analyst for the Global Accounts business unit at an international import/export company, where he collaborated with clients, management, and IT personnel to design and implement process and technology improvements.
Mr. Palumbo earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Information Systems, from Ashford University in 2009, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Logistics and International Business from the Pennsylvania State University in 2001. He completed Six Sigma Green Belt training, maintains ITIL® v3 Foundations certification, and is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®).
Vice President for Education: Vishnusekhar Rajasekhar
Mr. Rajasekhar is a Project Manager in charge of capacity and portfolio management with Pennsylvania Interactive, LLC, (subsidiary of NIC, Inc.). He boasts a broad Information Technology background that includes experience as a Web Developer, System Analyst and Senior Software Engineer. He carries PMI-ACP, ITIL, Scrum Master, and MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist), Competent Leader (Toastmasters) and Competent Speaker (Toastmasters) certifications. He has a Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Computer Engineering.
Secretary: David Resek
Mr. Resek is a Senior Quality Improvement Analyst Lead for Capital BlueCross. He has extensive experience in project management, business analysis, data informatics, and software development at organizations including Coventry Healthcare, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), PMSCO, and Synertech Health System Solutions. Mr. Resek holds a BS in Mathematics with minors in Computer Science and German from Allegheny College, and an MBA with concentration in Healthcare Systems Management from DeSales University. He a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
