Mrs. Cox is a local business analysis leader in the Harrisburg and Lancaster areas, where she works and resides with her husband and their dog, Lily. Jessie has an extensive background in business analysis, project management, process improvement, solution implementations and business relationship management. She holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with a concentration in entrepreneurship.  Jessie’s professional passion has always been providing the highest quality business analysis to deliver solutions that change lives. Her philosophy is simple: “Be the game changer.”

Vice President for Marketing & Communication: Caroline G. Smith

Caroline is a C2C IT Project Manager and Business Analyst. Her experience spans a wide variety of applications and platforms.  She holds two Bachelor’s degrees: a Business and Economics degree from Lehigh University and a Computer Science degree from West Chester University. She is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP).

Treasurer: Dan Andrews

Consultant using experience as a sales professional with logistics, marketing, design, and management background in the event technology and entertainment industry to benefit current clients. Quick to adapt to new ideas and attentive to details. Creative planner who can visualize events, schedules, and spaces uniquely and functionally with a knack for problem solving.

Secretary: Brad Wastler

Mr. Wastler is a Senior Consultant for Momentum, Inc., a professional services company focusing on IT and business consulting, enabling technologies and project management disciplines. Brad is an information technology consulting veteran with broad experience in roles which include project manager, account manager, senior business analyst, lead technical analyst, systems analyst, technical writer, team leader, quality assurance analyst, and analyst/programmer on a variety of platforms. His primary focus is systems integration possessing a strong background eliciting and developing system requirements. He excels at accomplishing goals by working with management and user communities to build consensus in a team environment.
